I recently came across several students who had applied and got admission in universities in USA, Canada etc. However, many of them have faced the trouble of not getting visa interview dates, funds being rescinded due to uncertainty in funding resources. Travel restriction is an issue, infact it is unsure if there will be classes held on campus or online. In this condition, is deferral a good option to secure funds?
