Zubair Hossain

A recent M.A.Sc. graduate in Civil (Environmental) Engineering from Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada, Zubair Hossain studied the dissolution of trapped oil to water flowing through the pore spaces in river beds. That interdisciplinary project was aimed at understanding the long-term effects of oil spills in Canadian rivers. He has two years of experience as a University Lecturer, plus several years of tutoring and mentoring students at different levels. Zubair is always open to immerse into new experiences. Nowadays he is spending a great deal of time learning French and trying to learn photography seriously. He is familiar with the hurdles faced by the students before and after coming abroad, and willing to offer help at the best of his ability.
